Mrs Wingler seem strange calling you that but I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am About Bil And TC .both of them Always had a smile on their face and Bill always had a joke ready to tell. They both will be missed so much by everyone who knew them. We just have to belief that someday we will all be together again . Take good care of your self and Maybe I see you again at Totches someday. I be thinking about Bill TC often .Both were such special people God bless

We were sadden to hear of Billy's passing. I have a lot of good memories of Billy growing up. I was known to the family as Susie. I am the youngest daughter of Billy's Uncle John and his wife Juanita Wingler. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Love to you all. David and Linda Epperhart
