Oh I am so heartbroken to hear of the sad news today that my lifelong neighbor has passed. I loved Maxine like family. She was always such a sweet lady to me growing up. Never have I ever seen her without a joyous smile and hug to welcome me. I am so happy that I got to visit with her the last time I was back home in Davin visiting family the summer of 2014. I still have a quilt she gave to my some 29 years ago today Feb. 6, 1987 the day he was born. I will cherish every childhood memory of her. Rest in Peace sweet Maxine and tell Mommy Kat and Daddy June hello for me. Love you always ~ Kathy

Maxine She going be greatly missed by myself. She was a wonderful lady & friend to all. She treated me & even claimed myself as her own kid. Word's can not explain just how hard her death has hit myself. Doug. Paula & all other family members my prays & thoughts are and always will be with you during these very tough times.
