I met Joyce many years ago when I lived right beside her, we spent many days sitting on her porch talking. Having coffee and just enjoying each other's company, and many days we sat with her sisters under Ruth's car port just talking. Joyce loved everyone and tried to help anyone she could, by offering them food or something to drink, or a place to sleep in the cold winter or a place to cool off in the hot summer...
