This is tony Stephens wally was one of a rare breed I first met him at butch browns house he taught me some mechanics and when I got it wrong he would smack me with a wrench or whatever was in reach not just me but many young men can thank Wallace for teaching I'd like Boyce brown aka shorty. I also remember wally on a dozer getting in a argument with this guy who called up and blacked wally eye
Wally calmly turned engine off climbed down and put a but whipping on that much younger man then wally went back to work like nothin happened great man and we will never see his like again

Me and Wallace made a number of great memories together either hunting, playing cards or just hanging out at his house talking. Wallace had a tough shell on the outside but underneath he was nothing but a big old teddy bear. When my daughter Abbie was a toddler there were only three men she would let hold her or even talk to her. One was her grandpa, one was me and the other one for reasons unknow, yep you guessed it rough and tough Wallace Copley. LoL! She loved that man. She'd sit on his lap and play the whole time we were visiting. There's not enough room here for me to list all those memories but here's a few. Waking up every morning when we were deer hunting to the smell of Wallace frying bacon and eggs, playing cards with him and losing everything I had in my pockets to him, and him about getting us put in jail arguing with a game warden. LoL! Man I could go on forever with the stories. But in conclusion I just want to say I will sincerely miss and cherish the memories I made with the man who I called Wally. Rest In Peace Wally until we meet again way up yonder in the sky.
