William Earl “Billy” Fox, 61, of Amherstdale, departed this life suddenly on Monday, February 18, 2019, at Amherstdale.
He was born on January 14, 1958, at Man, a son of the late James Franklin and Tressie (Nelson) Fox.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Fox; two sisters, Frances Music and Sally Jude; three brothers, James Fox, Joe Fox, and Jeff Fox; and an infant brother, Pie.
Billy was a carpenter. He enjoyed watching westerns on television and visiting with his friends.
Those left to cherish his memory are one daughter, Denetta Vopata of OH; five sisters, Lou Russell and her boyfriend, Tommy Carter, of Welch, Mae (Larry) Massey of Oceana, Rosemary (Roy) Lamb of Davin, Jeanie Fox of KY, and Eileen (Leonard) Hoosier of Greenvalley; one brother, Rob (Cathy) Fox of Amherstdale; a special nephew, Caleb Hoosier; and two special great-nephews, Cory and Albert Hoosier; and many other nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2019, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Vance officiating. Burial will follow in
