T.C. (Patricia Jean Blankenship) Thompson, 57, of Davin, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 26, 2014, from Logan Regional Medical Center, after a long illness.
She was born May 23, 1956, at Pineville, the daughter of Bea Gamble Blankenship Wingler of Kistler and the late Jack Blankenship and Billy Wingler.
Also preceding her in death are her mother-in-law, Letha Chapman Thompson, and one sister-in-law, Gaynelle Blankenship.
T.C. was a home maker and recently became a born again Christian. She loved animals, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren and family. T.C. was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 40 years, H.D. Thompson, one son, J.R. (Cara) Thompson; two precious grandsons, Trey and Tommy Thompson, all of Davin; her mother, Bea Wingler of Kistler; two brothers, Larry (Betty) Blankenship and Jerry Blankenship, both of Pineville; one sister, Pam (Jack) Daniels of Riley Camp; her father-in-law, Harold G. Thompson; one brother-in-law, Richard (Cheata) Thompson; sisters-in-law, Deanna (Charles) Hurley and Sandy Young; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home Chapel at Man with Rev. Earl Robinson and Brother Richard Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens at Matheny.
Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
