Obituary of Davin Ray Ramsey

Davin Ray Ramsey Of Huntington, WV Davin Ray Ramsey, the five month old son of Eric Dominick and Michael Francis Murphy Ramsey, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, leaving from Cabell Huntington Hospital at Huntington. He was born on May 7, 2014, at Women and Children's Hospital at Charleston, the twin brother of Kaylee Francis Ramsey. He was greeted at Heaven's gate by Oscar Frank Brown, Kenneth Ray Ramsey Sr., Esker and Hassie Richardson, Edward Joe Ramsey, Henry and Leola Ramsey, Levetta L. Murphy, Benny Lipscomb Sr., Robert Murphy, Nora Dawn Blankenship Greene, and Henry Jeron Ramsey. In addition to his parents and his twin sister, those left to cherish his memory are his grandparents, Donna "Hickey" Murphy, Michael L. (Nicolina) Murphy Sr., Dennis Thomas, and Vicky Thomas; great-grandparents, Maxine Brown McCane, Loretta LeGrand and Carlos LeGrand; aunts, Erica Nicole Ramsey-Harris and Amber King; uncles, Michael L. Murphy Jr., Kenneth Ray Ramsey Jr., Brian King, and Orlando King; great-aunts, Yvonne Blankenship, Paula Denise Griffin, Marcella Murphy, Karen Murphy, Francis Ramsey-Terry, Cynthia Ramsey-Pilgrim, Karen Blankenship Ramsey, and Judy Ramsey-Murrell; and great-uncles, Frank Douglas Brown, Jimmy Blankenship, Larry Griffin, Robert "Buster" Richardson, Benjamin "Benny" Murphy, Leroy Terry, Robert Lee Ramsey, Pug Ramsey, Ronald Ramsey, Orange Lipscomb, Bennie L. Lipscomb, and Anthony Johnson. Funeral services were held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Michael Pollard officiating.
