Ollie H. Adkins Of Lundale, WV Ollie H. Adkins, 85, of Lundale, went home to be with the Lord and his wife, Beulah, on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, from his residence surrounded by his family, following a courageous battle with Cancer. He was born on April 2, 1927, in Logan County, a son of the late Everett and Della Dean Adkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Beulah Roark Adkins; two brothers, Jasper Adkins and Denver Adkins; three sisters, Edna Toney, Myrtle Brumfield, and Delma Dyer; two granddaughters, Chastity Hatfield and Angela Dawn Adkins; and one grandson, Daniel Adkins. Ollie was a loving husband, father, pawpaw, brother, uncle, and a friend to many. Before his illness, he enjoyed visiting many Churches up and down Buffalo Creek and the Man area to worship with the Lord and his brothers and sisters in Christ. He loved taking pictures and took his camera everywhere. The walls and shelves of his earthly home are filled with the many pictures he has taken of family and friends. Ollie cherished his family and loved spending time with them, especially family gatherings. He had a passion for handing out "Mercy & Grace Coins" created by Kevin Park. He always carried them in his pocket in case he ran into someone he had not given one to, in hopes that that the coin would remind them of his witness for Christ.
