Clarence Ray Mosley, Jr.
Of Robinette, WV
Clarence Ray Mosley, Jr., 58, of Robinette, departed this life Monday, October 1, 2012, at Logan Regional Medical Center, after injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born September 19, 1954, at Logan, the son of Clarence Ray Sr. and Mary Bell "Granny" Colegrove Mosley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his birth parents, Eleanore Mosley Hendricks and Reuben Spradlin; and three brothers, Archie Mosley I, Franklin "Hank" Mosley, and Mark Anthony Hendricks.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 29 years, Carol Sue Block Mosley; seven sisters, Lucinda M. Howell and Merle (Danny Max) Rakes, both of Robinette, Eleanore Gay (Johnny) Lowe of Boones Camp, KY, Carol (Dennis) Adkins and Vickie (Frank) McCormick, both of Accoville, and Connie Wells and Theresa Diamond, both of KY; eight brothers, John "Nake" (Darlene) Mosley, Willard (Hazel) Mosley, and Sam (Sue) Mosley, all of Robinette, and Arvil Franklin (Pinkie) Hendricks, Ronald Spradlin, Donald Spradlin, William Spradlin, and Frank Spradlin, all of KY; special nieces, Crystal Caldwell and Joanna Serio; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012, at the Robinette Church of God at Robinette with Rev. Albert Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby where military graveside rites will be conducted.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the church.
Pall bearers will be Archie Mosley III, Michael Hendricks, Christopher Mosley, Jason Caldwell, Clifford Caldwell, Jr., and James W. Block.
