Of Robinette, WV
Ella Jean Adkins Morris Walls, 71, of Robinette, departed this life on June 28, 2012, at her home, after a long illness.
She was born January 1, 1941, at Lorado, the daughter of the late Jimmy and Ella June Sutherland Adkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Christopher Jack Jacobs.
Ella was formerly employed with Vecillo and Grogan at Beckley. After retirement, she was a homemaker who enjoyed her life, family, and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jack Walls of Robinette; seven children, Peggy (William) Prince of Lundale, Tammy (Lucky) Jacobs of Robinette, Robin (David) Cantrell of Lundale, Annette Atkins of Stowe, Tina (Tommy) Mullins of Wayside, James Morris, Jr. and Bruce Morris, both of Clayton, NC; two sisters, Sandra (Harry) Albright and Barbara Adkins, both of Lundale; one very special friend, Lucy Bailey of Accoville; 16 grand children, Amanda Osborne, Carl Tomblin, Tiffany Jacobs, Mark Anthony Cantrell, Justin Cantrell, Greg Atkins, Sasha Dial, Reuben Midkiff, Amy Cary, Lori Wickline, James Darrell Stanley Morris, Michael Dwayne Evans, Jamie Kitchen, Cayla Morris, Cory Morris, Taylor Morris; 18 great-grandchildren; Breanna Barrett, Cheyenne Barrett, Carlee Osborne, Bailey Osborne, Gracie Tomblin, Alanna Tomblin, Olivia Tomblin, Ayden Endicott, Brooklyn Allsbrooks, Gage Allsbrooks, Chelsea Sigmon, A.J. Sigmon, Bailey Sigmon, Abby Atkins, Greyson Dial, Shalyn Wickline, McKenna Wickline, and Cameron Blake Morris; one great-great-grandson, Easton Cole Earnest; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Sunday, July 1, 2012, at the Lundale Freewill Baptist Church at Lundale with Rev. Bobby Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the church and one hour prior to services at the church also.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and sons-in-law.
