Virginia Mae Browning Hager
Of Robinette, WV
Virginia Mae Browning Hager, 84, of Robinette went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 15, 2012, from her home, after a long illness.
She was born August 25, 1927, at Kistler, a daughter of the late Herbert and Cecil McGraw Browning.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hager; two sons, Bill and Gary Hager; and one daughter, Brenda Sue Hager Adkins.
Virginia was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith and loved the Lord with all of her heart. She loved her children, grand children, great grandchildren, friends, and her church family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Jennifer Adkins of Robinette, Medina (Travis) Akers of Winfield, Ruford (Nikki) Adkins, Jr. of Amherstdale, Jesse Adkins of Robinette, Jessica (Mark) Hughes, of Accoville, Serena (Davis) Holston and Tabitha Hager, both of New Castle, OK; six great grand children, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Tiberius, Ashley, Joseph, and Autumn; one great-great grandchild; a very special neighbor, Esta Burgess; along with a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from Noon until 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2012, at the Crown Freewill Baptist Church at Crown, where funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev Charles Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
