My favorite memory of Roy was at Drema's Labor Day Cookout 2010. He started dancing with Shirley and mocking the way She would sing wasted days and wasted nights :) He was very humble and kind to everyone. He will be truly missed. My heart goes out to his whole family. His daughter Drema is very very dear to my heart!!!!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My mother Janice Blankenship and my father, Mack spoke so much of Roy. My mother loves to tell the story of his playing with my sisters when they were young. Rest in peace and find peace for the family in remembering the good times and his laughter!

Roy and his family were like our own growing up. My aunt and uncle always included us at the table even if we had already eaten. A lot of fun and bantering back and forth as we ate at that big table is still fresh in my mind. Hugs and love for each other is the thing I remember most. Roy you will be missed.
