I lived in williamson towers were he lived and cecil was always a good man do anything for ya give the shirt off his back.My sister (Toma) himand me would always kid around and joke with each other ....we will always member cecil for his smile and laughter and his jokes .cecil my friend u will be missed rest in piece my friend!!!!Tonya
