Of Lorado, WV
Sadie Gibson, 52, of Lorado, left this world Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at Cabell-Huntington Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born November 2, 1959, at Curtis, the daughter of the late Willard and Dulcie White Osborne.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charlie Osborne whom she considered a son and Freddy Osborne.
She was a fun loving mother and grandmother. Sadie enjoyed being with elderly people, tending her roses, and being in the outdoors.
Those left to cherish her memory are her boyfriend, Ervin Carter of Gilbert; her ex-husband and best friend, Andrew Gibson of Curtis; her mother-in-law, Daisy Gibson of Curtis; one son, Joe (Jennifer) Toler of Clothier; five daughters, Angel (Don) Johnson of Big Sandy, Charlene Keeney of Accoville, Marlene (Kenny) Vance of Beckley, Ashley Osborne of Accoville, and Jessica Osborne of Curtis; an ex-son-in-law, Brandon Keeney of Huff Creek; nine grandchildren, Ryan Johnson, Brionna Toler, Danielle Johnson, Brian Vance, Madison Johnson, Drayke Keeney, Trayce Keeney, Kailee Vance, and Isabella Toler; two sisters, Pearl (Donald) Toler of Logan and JoAnn (Rodney) Gibson of Lundale; three brothers, Jimmy (Janice) Osborne of Kopperston, Earl (Freda) Osborne of Beckley, and Kenny (Sue Ann) Osborne of Doddridge County; special nieces and nephews, Jimmy Dale Osborne, Jr., Rodney Gibson, Jr., Rebecca Woods, and Brenda Osborne; and many other nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Sunday, February 5, 2012, at the Robinette Church of God at Robinette with Rev. Bill Belcher officiating. Burial will follow in Osborne Cemetery at Curtis.
Visitation will be held from 6-10 p.m. Saturday at the church and one hour prior to services at the church also.
Pall bearers will be Jimmy Osborne, Jimmy Osborne, Jr., Kenny Vance, Don Johnson, Brandon Keeney, and Rodney Gibson, Jr.
