Emma,
I am the daughter of Charlie and Stella Perry. I last saw Bill at the funeral of my brother Jack. We were all so happy to see him then. His Uncle Charlie loved him very much. I can remember how happy Daddy was each time Bill came to visit. I believe they are visiting again now. My sympathy and love to you and all your family.

Rebecca and I grew up together from grade school, until we graduated in 1968. Over the years, we have remained very close. Growing up in Kistler, I was at the Mitchell's home a lot, as, Rebecca was at mine. I went to church with the Mitchell's many, many times. Both Bill and Emma, welcomed me into their home with open arms. They were truly, two of the nicest people, who have come into my life. I know Bill is in heavan. He was such a great man. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I remember Uncle Bill being larger than life to me. I would sit in the swing with Papaw Emrick as he and Uncle Bill would talk - sing/whistle a few tunes and wave to every car that drove down that holler! I love everything about that memory. You all are in my prayers, know that I am thinking about you. Love to you all, Susie

Don and I wish to express our deepest sympathy to the family of Bill Mitchell. Our memories are so fond of our time spent with Bill, Emma, Richard, Becky at the Man Church of the Nazarene. Bill was a good friend to me and to my parents, Ern and Tess, and our family. There is no greater legacy than a life well-lived, well-loved, dedicated to God and others. He will be missed by so many but his prayers will envelope his family even now, as they await that great reunion in heaven.
