Jerry Neal Smoot
Of Landville, WV
Jerry Neal Smoot, 75, of Landville, passed away, July 24, 2014, at Logan Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 9, 1939, at Accoville, a son of Helen Herald Smoot of Smithfield, VA and the late Buel Smoot.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 51 years, Melba Gadd Smoot; three children, Rebecca Smoot and Greg Smoot, both of Landville, and Kimberly (Chris) Wintz of Middletown, PA; three grandchildren, Zachary, Allison, and Hayden Wintz; one brother, Virgil (Ann) Smoot of VA; two sisters, Noretta (Ralph) Davidson of VA and Twilla Fulks of Gulfport, MS; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2014 at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home Chapel at Man with Rev. Norman Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
