Obituary of Janis June McGraw

Janis June McGraw Of Davin, WV On June 24th, 2014, Janis June McGraw of Davin left this earth to go to her Heavenly home. She was born in Eubank, KY, on January 7th, 1947, the daughter of the late Ansel and Doris Diamond Inabnitt. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Lawrence "Paps" McGraw. Janis enjoyed traveling and got to see several countries in her journeys. She also enjoyed gardening, landscaping, and sewing, but most of all she loved her family, teaching Sunday school, and worshiping Jesus. Those left to cherish her memory are her one brother, Gary Inabnitt of Columbus, OH; three sons, Keith (Angela) Decker of Davin, Eric (Susie) Decker of Jane Lew, and Lawrence (Lisa) McGraw, II of Chapmanville; two daughters, Mary (Ron) Jenkins of Huntington, and Brenda McGraw of Sanford, NC; ten grandchildren Miranda and Leatha Mitchell both of Huntington, David and Maverick Brown, and Justin Litton all of Man, Tiffany, Emily and Olivia Decker all of Jane Lew, Breanna Cox of Sanford, NC, and Lawrence McGraw, III of Chapmanville; and one great-grandson Landon of Huntington. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Kistler Freewill Baptist Church at Kistler with Rev. Alfred "Butch" Cobb officiating.. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Visitation will be held from 6-10 p.m. Friday at the church and one hour prior to services on Saturday. Pall bearers will be family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
