Vicky Lynn Chally, 60, of Seymour, IN, formerly of Man, gained her heavenly wings on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at Columbus Regional Hospital at Columbus, IN, due to a long illness.
She was born November 22, 1957, in Logan County, WV, a daughter of the late Mason and Dorothy Bartram Blankenship.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her eldest brother, Narville Blankenship; four sisters, Imogene Templeman, Emmalene Rose, Donna Rae Blankenship, and Tammy Maynard.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 17 years, Edward Chally of Seymour, IN; four sons, Thomas Frye of Daytona Beach, FL, David (Vickie) Cantrell of Lorado, WV, Eddie (April) Cantrell of Palm Harbor, FL, and Shawn Frye of Huntington, WV; one daughter, Christina (Anthony) Goodman of Seymour, IN; seven granddaughters, Autumn (Tony) Colgrove, Kaytlynn (Cody) Rhodes, Kelsie (Clay) Brumfield, Tiffany Cantrell, Kayla Cantrell, Courtney Cantrell, and Jillian Riley; three grandsons, Austin Riley, Eddie (E.J.) Cantrell Jr., and Levi Cantrell; five great-grandchildren, Laynie and Allie Brumfield, Tyler Cody Rhodes, baby Colegrove due to arrive 11-15-2018, and baby Sabo due to arrive 11-16-2018; four brothers, Buddy (Nadine) Blankenship, Luther (Pearl) Blankenship, Arlen (Gail) Blankenship, and Ranny (Susie) Blankenship; one sister, Darlene Lux; and two special nieces, Denita Jean Walker and Kathy Johnson; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2018, at the Sandlick Freewill Baptist Church at Bruno with Rev. Bill Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in Browning-Grimmett Cemetery at Bruno.
Visitation will be held from 6-10 p.m. Thursday at the church and one hour prior to services at the church also.
