Terry Jason "T.J." Mullins
Of Kistler, WV
Terry Jason "T.J." Mullins, 39, of Kistler, departed this life suddenly on Monday, December 25, 2017, at his home.
He was born July 20, 1978, at Melbourne, FL, the son of Duwanna Lynn Williams Sorrell of Kistler and the late Terry Dean Mullins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donna Jean Williams and Leonita and Waldon Mullins.
T.J. was loud, proud, and loved life. From the time he was a child he wanted to be a truck driver like his Dad. As an adult he accomplished that goal and worked as both a long haul trucker and as a coal truck driver. The greatest inspiration of his life came from his grandfather Lawrence Williams who was very involved in his life. T.J. was dedicated to his sons, Xander and Kaleb. Everything he did revolved around his boys who he loved more than life itself. His greatest joy was watching his sons play sports. T.J. was very proud of both of his sons.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Xander Mullins and Kaleb Mullins, both of Kistler; his mother, Duwanna Lynn Williams Sorrell and his step-father, Mike Sorrell, both of Kistler; his step-mother, Sonja Mullins of Leesburg, FL; his grandfather, Lawrence Williams of Lyburn; two brothers, Anthony (Lindsey) Stollings of South Man and Stephen Justice of Leesburg, FL; two sisters, Tiffany (Matt) Luevano of Leesburg, FL and Amy (Britt) Trent of Elk Creek; two special friends, Tony Hughes and Saul Williams; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Eddie Isom officiating. Burial will follow in Frye Cemetery at Verdunville, WV.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home also.
