Coming up on that time pop! The 1 year anniversary of you parting ways with this old world. One thought keeps running through my mind is it’s the longest I’ve ever went without seeing you! Or hearing your voice! All the firsts have been hard! As expected. But some firsts took me by surprise!!!! Tossing back that first keeper bass! No calls after a Reds game! No errands to run on anniversary! Squirrel season came in without a single gun touched! You wasn’t here to remind me and moon 2 weeks ahead of time! Neither one of us went tho, I don’t wanna step foot back in Freeze Branch without ya! I’d say it upset ya up there knowing we didn’t go! I did jerk a few lips off in the Tony Gill tournament tho! Caught one keeper!! Heard of a bigger one so I turned him back! Had a time getting my yak out of the water, so missed the drawings lol!!!! Got bathroom remodeling done for mom! Kitchen redone! Got roof on the porch!! Even put some hooks up for hanging baskets this spring!! Just trying to do what I promised ya, and take care of momma! She’s doing well as can be I guess. I’m sure she breaks down when no ones around! I know she misses you! Hayley will be Graduating! So will Katie with all kinds of honors!!! Think they are gonna do just fine with themselves! Jayla’s getting older! So is bubbers! Just had Laney a Birthday party today! She got all kinds of goodies! I just really miss ya pop!!!!! Won’t ever hear me say I want ya back! That body wasn’t good enough for you and your heart!!!! But I would take 5 minutes!!! Just too hug ya!!!! And tell you I’m proud you went to heaven!!!!!! I hoped you heard me talking to ya when you left!!!!! I MEANT it!!!! Love Ya Pop!!!!!
