Peggy Sue Miller
Of Crown, WV
Peggy Sue Miller, 74, of Crown, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 5, 2017, leaving from her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 2, 1943, at Wilkinson, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sallie Mae Miller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Pamela Sue Miller; one sister, Margie Miller; and three brothers, Joseph Gary Miller, Paul Miller, and James Miller.
Peggy was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, great-grandmother, and sister. A friendly person, Peggy was well known and loved by many in her community. She enjoyed working cross word puzzles and watching game shows. Peggy loved spending time with her family especially her grandbabies.
Those left to cherish her memory are five children, James Cleveland "Bo" (Patricia) Miller of Oakwood, VA, Gary (Kimberly) Miller of Crown, Christina Miller of Crown with whom she made her home, James Woodrow "Jr." (Bridgett) Miller of South Man, and Ralph (Mishalla) Miller of Accoville; her twin sister, Patty (Henry "Doug") Brown of Springfield, IL; 11 grandchildren, Lil Gary Miller, Ike and Jessica Traylor, Tiffany Browning, Deanna Miller Brown, Brittany Browning, Tyler Johnston, Cody and Kate Rhodes, Cameron Miller, Corey Miller, Jacob Miller and Colton Miller; 9 great-grandchildren Blake Adkins, Brayden Whitt, Brooklyn Miller, Layla Sue Traylor, McKenzie Brown, Jaylee Adkins, Zaiden Files Johnston, Titus Traylor and Lil Cody Rhodes; and a special friend, Marsha Washington along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, November 9, 2017, at the Becco United Baptist Church at Becco with Rev. Earl Robinson and Brother Cecil Bartram officiating. Burial will follow in Logan Memorial Park at McConnell.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man and one hour prior to services at the church.
Pall bearers will be her sons and grandsons.
