Obituary of Judith Ann Mitchell

Judith Ann Mitchell, 59, of Cyclone, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center after a long illness.
She was born May 14, 1958, at Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late Crit and Wanda Marie Smith Lowe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Kessler Lee Adkins, Chris Lowe, Jack Lowe, Jerry Lowe, and James Edward Lowe; five sisters, Shirley Jean Adkins, Carolyn Annette Adkins, Deanna Sue Adkins, Ginger Elaine Lowe, Ruth Ellen Lowe Hutchinson; her grandparents, William Franklin and Hannah Amma Burton Smith, Roland Lowe, and Nola Lowe Boyd; and two nephews, James Edward "Jamie" Lowe, II and John Kessler Adkins.
Judy was a home maker and was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed gardening, working with flowers, cooking, camping, going on picnics, and being outdoors. Judy loved going to church, playing with her animals, and spending time with her family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 35 years, Ricky Dale Mitchell; one sister, Rowena Faye (Scott) Stephens of Davin; four brothers, Robert "Rob" and Ann Adkins of Amherstdale, Gene Lowe, Bob Lowe, and Crit Lowe, Jr.; two very special nephews who she thought of as "her boys", Brenden David Brown and Justin Allen Brown, both of Davin; seven additional nieces and nephews, Dawn, Marlynda, Montana, Blake, Angela, Kassandra, and Mark; and many aunts and uncles; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, October 15, 2017, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Robbie Hawkins assisted by Rev. John Hawkins.
Friends may gather with the family from 12 until 3 p.m.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
