Obituary of Robert Harold Blankenship

Robert Harold Blankenship Of Cooks Addition Robert Harold Blankenship, 53, of Cooks Addition, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, leaving from CAMC-Memorial Division at Charleston, after a short illness. He was born January 16, 1964, at Man, a son of the late Jimmy H. and Peggy Ann Brown Blankenship. Robert was a 1982 graduate of Man High School. After graduation, he went to work at Hecks at the Rita Mall until in closed. He then went to work at Magic Mart at Oceana where he achieved the position of assistant manager. He loved to work with electronics especially his computer. Those left to cherish his memory are one sister, Jenny Mae (Marshall) Walls of Summersville; one brother, Gregory Joseph (Teresa) Blankenship of Beaver; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Monday, June 12, 2017, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Jimmy Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home also.
