Joyce Ann Elkins of Lyburn, WV The Lord gained another angel when Joyce Ann Elkins, 78, of Lyburn, left this earth for her Heavenly home on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, surrounded by her loving family at CAMC-Memorial Division, after a sudden illness. Joyce was a home maker and loving mother whose greatest passion in this life was her family and church family. She was a member of the Lyburn Freewill Baptist Church where she was a member of the Ladies Aid. She enjoyed shopping, reading, and watching Criminal Minds.
