Anna Meade
of Greenville, WV
Anna Y. Meade, 63, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 4, 2016, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on September 5, 1952, at Man, a daughter of the late Leo Elsworth and Wanda Lee Salmons Evans.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Roger Ray Siffles; her brother, William Ray Evans; and her grandparents, H.H. and Anna Parsley.
Anna was a home maker and a loving mother to all. She loved children and enjoyed being involved in their raising.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Alfred Dolen Trent; five children, Tabby Siffles, Ronald Siffles, Nathan Meade, Dewey Dolen (Penny) Trent, and Davey Justin Trent; ten grandchildren, Robert Scott Earnest, Beth Nichole Earnest, Kayla Danielle Clay and her fiancé, Austin Brooks, Misty Dawn Napier, Jennifer Koren Keller, Coty Ray Siffles, Caitlin Siffles, Daphne Hendricks, Brylee Dotson, and Colton Dolen Trent; eight great-grandchildren, Preston Scott Napier, Skylar Brooke Napier, Brenton David Doty, Brody David Allen Keller, Dominic Cain Ellis, Easton Cole Earnest, Rileigh Megan Bowan, and Emma Nicole Earnest, one sister, Rhonda (Rodney) Wease; one brother, Conley Leo (Vicki) Evans; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at Hunt Freewill Baptist Tabernacle (Upper Church) with Rev. Cecil Bartram officiating assisted by Rodney Wease.
Visitation will be held from 6-10 p.m. Tuesday at the Upper Church and one hour prior to services also.
Pall bearers will be Beth Earnest, Brad Story, Chad Story, Jake Brown, Freddy Greene, Dale Browning, Justin Vance, Shawn Story, Davey Trent, Dewey Trent, Scott Earnest, Rodney Wease, Michael Murphy, and Justin Belcher.
Honorary Pall Bearers will be David Napier, Austin Brooks, Richard Trent, Chris Trent, and Josh Brown.
