L. Faye Montgomery
of Robinette, WV
L. Faye Montgomery, 74, of Robinette, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, leaving from her residence after a sudden illness.
Faye was born June 19, 1941, at Ranger, the daughter of the late Paul and Dollie Nelson Bartrom.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Allamae Roemelen; and a nephew, Eddie Bartrom.
Faye was a retired veterinary assistant who worked in both Logan and Boone animal clinics. She loved attending church at Garretts Fork, working puzzles, gardening, canning, caring for her pets, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Connie (Doug) Lusk of Kistler; her son, Rick (Donna) Montgomery of Robinette; grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie) Lusk of Stowe, Cindy (Jason) Hawkins of Accoville, Hunter Gage Montgomery of Fairmont, and Tanner Lee Montgomery of Robinette; great-grandchildren, Kassidy Hawkins, Lacey Lusk, Elijah Hawkins, and Lilly Hawkins; one brother, Jack (Mary Ann) Bartrom of Fremont, OH; and several nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. P.J. Tomblin officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Friends may call on the family from 12 to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home also.
Pall bearers will be her sons and grandsons.
