Obituary of Hebert Lee Trent

Hebert Lee Trent Jr., 70, of Amherstdale, a beloved husband, dad, son, grandpa, uncle, brother and friend, who departed this life on Friday, November 29, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family after a long battle with Dementia. He was born on July 6, 1954, in Mullens a son of the late Hebert Osborne and Wanda Trent. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by his brothers Bogel, Johnny, Gene, and T., Trent. two sisters, Arizona Jude and Juanita Irby. His paternal grandparents, Clifford and Dellie Trent. Herbert was a retired coal miner who worked for Piston coal Company for 18 years. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and collecting guns. His favorite hobby was coon hunting with his buddy Bobby Smith Jr. Those left to cherish his memory is the love of his life of 38 years, Della Trent. His two sons and the pride and joys of his life, Dawayne and his wife Cindy Trent of Amherstdale, and Billy Trent and his companion Candi Davis of Accoville. 3 grandchildren Destiney,Billy Joe II, and Kayla Trent. 2 sisters, Carol and Tommy Miller and Pauline Browning all of Kistler. A special longtime childhood friends James Osborne and Billy Aldridge, Many Neices and Nephews, along with a host of family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home Chapel in Man. Services will begin at 7:00 pm. with Rev. Eddie Maynard officiating at the funeral home also. In honor of Hebert's wishes, he will be cremated following services.
