Obituary of Billy Eli Perry

Billy Eli Perry of Lundale, WV Billy Eli Perry, 66, of Lundale, departed this life on Monday, August 10, 2015, at his residence, after a brief illness. He was born on April 18, 1949, at Rita, the son of the late Onney Mason and Ruby Marie Burgess Perry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Georgia Griffith and Myrtle Louise Perry; and one brother, Mason "Bubby" Perry. Billy Eli was a coal miner for over 10 years who became disabled after a mining accident. A caring person, he loved spending time with his family and friends, keeping current with their lives, and letting them know he loved them. He loved all animals especially his dog, Buddy, and enjoyed watching old westerns on T.V. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 45 years, Linda Joyce Adkins Perry; two children, Ruby (Steven) Harrison of Logan and Billy Eli (Krystle) Perry of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Tina Branham of IN and Linda Pauline (Ike) Coffman of MI; one brother, Chester Lee (Cora) Perry of Lyburn; one granddaughter, Stephanie Marie Harrison of Logan; four grandsons, Skyler, Billy, Austin, and Brandon Perry, all of GA; many nieces and nephews who he loved very much; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, August 14, 2015, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Pat Kinser officiating. Burial will follow in the Upper Hinchman Cemetery at Rita. Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services at the funeral home also.
