Obituary of Belva "Squeaky" Ann Lusk
Please share a memory of Belva "Squeaky" to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Belva “Squeaky” Ann Lusk, 75, of Lorado, went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2024, from Genesis Logan Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
Squeaky was born on May 7, 1948, at Lundale, the daughter of the late William Dorsey and Margie (Harvey) Osborne.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Beulah Gibson and Jouraine “Tedom” Coburn; her first Husband, Bobby Lusk, and her second husband, Robert Lee Lusk.
Squeaky was a member of Gods Lighthouse Church, which she attended for many years as long as she was able. She loved her family and church family dearly. Some of her favorite pastimes were watching westerns and going to yard sales.
Those left to cherish her memories are two daughters, April and Dale Adkins of Lorado and Mabel Lusk of Kistler; one son, Bobby Daniel Lusk of Accoville; one granddaughter, Hope (Allman) Maynard of Kistler; three great-grandchildren, one nephew, Kobie and his wife Diane Coburn of Chapmanville, one niece, Hannah and her husband James Goodwin, and their two children Hunter, and William of Lorado; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4-10 p.m. Sunday night at the God’s Lighthouse Church at Buffalo Creek, where a Worship Service will begin at 7 p.m. with Rev. David Gibson officiating.
A Going Home Celebration will begin Monday at 12:00 p.m. at the God’s Lighthouse Church with Rev. David Gibson officiating, assisted by Annie Gibson.
