Obituary of Michael Steven Lee Allen Bailey

Michael Steven Lee Allen Bailey Lyburn, WV Michael Steven Lee Allen Bailey, 29, of Lyburn, went to be with his father in heaven, on Monday, March 27, 2023. He was born September 21, 1993, at Logan, the son of Lori Lynn Bailey of Yawkey, and the late Michael Wade Spaulding of Madison Creek. Preceding him in death was his father, Michael Wade Spaulding, his maternal grandmother, whom raised him as a son, Carol Bailey; his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Allen Bailey; and his paternal grandfather Prentiss Spaulding. Michael was a free soul. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and family. He was always the life of the party, laughing, cutting up, and just being a jokester. He loved to hunt, fish, and ride his four-wheeler when he could. What he loved most of all was spending time with his nephew, Xavier. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Lori Lynn Bailey, Stepdad, Paul Jenkins, Brother, Kevin Bailey, sister, Kaytlin Evans, brother-in-law Jacob Evans, who was his best friend, brother, Eric Chambers, sister, Jessica Chambers, grandmother, Loudema Spaulding, his uncles, Bob (Heather) Bailey, Kennith (Buck) Bailey, his aunt, Sherry (John boy) Wiley, his niece and nephew, that he adored dearly, Madalyn Evans and Xavier Evans, a special friend, T-Tom Burress along with a host of other family and friends. In honor of Michael’s wishes his remains will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
