Obituary of Rhonda Beth Gibson

Rhonda Beth (Watkins) Gibson Of Madison Creek , Lyburn, WV Rhonda moved to her Heavenly home on September 5, 2022 at 4:50 p.m. to receive her complete healing from her Heavenly Father and to dwell with Him eternally. She was born on March 27, 1955, in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late William Ray and Shirley Joyce Watkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Brother, Mickey Edward Watkins; 3 Sisters Helen Lynn, Beverly Era, and Rebecca Jane Watkins; brother-in-law, Jack Paynter; and her loving in-laws, Hayden and Eliza Pearl Gibson. Rhonda was a 1974 graduate of Man High School. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Mother in law, Sister, Aunt, Friend and Meemaw/Mamaw to her most favorite people. She was a Christian and loved Jesus more than anyone. Before the illness she loved doing things with her granddaughters and truly loved spoiling them. Bethany, Braelyn & Bryssa were her entire world. Her daughter Brandy was her best friend and her son (in law) Patrick was her favorite to bicker with and she loved every minute of it lol, and of course her husband Larry Keith was her Rock. She had 2 special girls she loved like daughters, Rachel Ball and Shawn Ryan Evans. Her best coffee drinking buddy, Gerri Ball meant the world to her. She loved her life and the people in it. She loved all of her sisters and brothers so very much. She waited on those “FaceTime’s from Gwen”. They brightened her last days on this earth. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 49 years, Larry Keith Gibson; her only Daughter and son in law, Brandy & Rev. Patrick Kinser; Granddaughters, Bethany, Braelyn & Bryssa Kinser all of Man WV; her Siblings, Gwen (Jack) Blevins of Robinette, WV, Debi Watkins of Man, WV, Sandy (Larry) Davis of Switzer, WV, Billy Watkins of Man, WV, Jim (Carla) Watkins of Myrtle Beach, SC, Will (Crystal) Watkins of Logan, WV, Phyllis, Loretta, Cristy, Johnny and Lynn Watkins of Logan, WV and Step Mom, Gertrude Watkins of Logan, WV; a special brother in law and niece Toby Gibson & Susan Gibson, both of Killeen, TX; sister-in-law, Cindy Watkins of VA; nieces and nephews, Mack Paynter and his fiancé, Crystal, Scott Paynter, T.J. (Jessica) Blevins, Joshua (Hannah) Watkins, Jessica Davis, Nikki Davis and her fiancé Teddy, Bree Watkins, Christopher Watkins, and Lanie Watkins; and several more nieces and nephews (to many to list); along with a host of friends and family that she loved dearly. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2022, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday with Rev. Donald Wells, Jr. and Rev. Pat Kinser officiating. Burial will follow in Browning Cemetery at Madison Creek. Honorary Pall Bearers are: Billy Watkins, Jim Watkins, Jack Blevins, Larry Davis, TJ Blevins, Mack Paynter , Scott Paynter, Joshua Watkins, and Chester Perry. Pall Bearers are: Patrick Kinser, Caleb Blevins, Will Watkins, Jason Caserta, Brian Caserta, Rick Browning, Freddie Osborne.
