Donald Scott Ferrell, of Lyburn, WV passed away peacefully on July 29, 2022. Scott lived a full life at 61 years of age. Scott enjoyed hunting, restoring classic automobiles, and riding his Harley motorcycle. Scott was always ready to lend a helping hand or crack a joke among his friends and family.
Scott is survived by his children Justin (Audra) Ferrell and daughter Kaitlyn (Tracy) Jones; grandchildren Ripley Ferrell and Mila Jones; nieces Ashley Copley and Brittany (Joseph) Nelson, as well as Brittany’s children Bradley, Shea, and Tayten; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Per Scott’s wishes, no funeral or visitation service will be held.
Those that loved Scott are invited to make a donation to the Automotive Technology program at the Ralph R. Willis Technical Center in hopes that it may help inspire the next generation of mechanics and tinkerers like Scott.
