Steven Lyle Sharp
of Kistler, WV
Steven Sharp, 39, of Kistler, went to his heavenly home on Friday, July 8, 2022.
He was born on May 18, 1983, at Man Appalachian Regional Hospital, the son of Darla Waller and Lyle Sharp.
Preceding him in death are his great-grandmother, Ola Mae Robinson; his grandparents, Leroy Sharp, Sr. and Shirley Mae Sharp; his uncles, Hilary Brooks and Johann Hendrix; and his maternal aunt, Patricia Lynn Jeffrey-Caudill.
Steven was a 2001 graduate of Man High School. He enjoyed staying home listening to music and watching his favorite horror films. Steven loved visits from family and friends, especially his only niece and nephew.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Darla Waller and Lyle Sharp; his sister, Candace Sharp and her children Maleigha and Zane; three special children that he thought of daily and loved very much, Christian, Quentin, and Lauren Goodman; his aunts, Jackie, Sesalee, Donna, Sonjia, and Nichole; and his uncles, Joe Sharp and Leroy Sharp, Jr. along with a host of cousins and other family and friends.
To honor Steven’s wishes his remains have been cremated.
A memorial service will be held in his honor from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
