Obituary of Vivian Louise Walls

Vivian Louise Walls of Robinette, WV Vivian Louise Walls, 69, of Robinette, received a call from God and as always she answered. She went home to be with Jesus and her family on March 8, 2022, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center, after an extended illness. She was born on July 30, 1952, at Logan, the daughter of the late Claude R. and Ruth I. (Spurlock) Walls. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Shelly Rush Walls; and three brothers-in-law, Elder Chester Osborne, Jackie Browning, and Earnest Grimmett. Vivian was a member of the Man Church of God for over 30 years. She actively participated in church activities where she was a member of the choir, attended the Church of God Camp Meetings, was a leader of the Joy Bells class, and also served in the Ladies Aide President. She volunteered at Logan Regional Medical Center as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. In the past, she had worked at Guyan Valley Flower Shop and was a former Logan County School Bus Driver. Vivian leaves behind five sisters and one brother, Dreama Osborne of Morton, MS, Stella Browning of Clendenin, Beverly Grimmett of Accoville, Shelia Maxwell and her husband Rev. Robert Maxwell of Amherstdale, Deborah White and her husband Carlos White of Wharton, and Eddie Walls and his wife, Beverly Walls of Davin; 25 nieces and nephews; and one very special friend, Belinda Morgan Salyers of Oceana along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends. 2 Corinthians 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, March 13, 2022, at the Man Church of God at Man. Burial will follow in Auburn Baptist Church Cemetery at Auburn. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the Man Church of God also. Pall bearers will be friends and family.
