Obituary of Rhoda Ann Nichols Brown

Rhoda Ann Nichols Brown of Madison Creek, WV Rhoda Ann Nichols Brown, 62, of Madison Creek went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 17, 2022, leaving from CAMC-General Division, after an extended illness. She was born on May 5, 1959, in Logan County, the daughter of the late Dallas Gene and Dorsilene Viola Nichols. Also preceding her in death is one sister, Dreama Gail Nichols. Rhoda was a retired caregiver formerly employed with Pride-of-Logan for many years. When she was able Rhoda attended the Davy Branch Church at Madison Creek. Those left to cherish her memory are four children, Mamie Lambert of Madison Creek with whom she has made her home since 2010, Angel (Cotton) Goodman of Cyclone, Jackie Stevens of Logan, and Tilden (Frances) Blair of Taplin; three brothers, Troy (Rose) Nichols, Dallas (Sherri) Nichols, and Vernon (Carolyn) Nichols, all of Lyburn; four sisters, Kathy Mullins, Donna (Gerald) Wells, and Rosemary Adkins, all of Lyburn, and Renee (Ted) Sparks of Mallory; ten grandchildren, Stephanie (Brian) Stewart, Kacie Addair, Kristen (Tyler) Cobb, Justin Mullins, Megan Goodman, Hailey Owsley, Austin and Brenna Barker, Dylan Blair, and Max Saunders; nine grandchildren, Emily, Leigha, and Bryce Stewart, Madalyn Evans, Parker and Grayson Addair, Aubree Lester, Dallas Cobb, and Leo Bryant; many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends. In honor of Rhoda’s request her remains will be cremated and there will be no services.
