Marlene Vance Priolo
of Logan, WV
Marlene Vance Priolo, 69, of Logan, formerly of Davin, departed this life on Monday, December 13, 2021, at Logan Regional Medical Center, after a long illness.
She was born on August 18, 1952, in Logan County, a daughter of the late Rannie and Ruby (Cantebury) Vance.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-mother who raised her, Shirley Vance; two brothers, Gregory Vance and Johnny Vance; and her grandparents, Wiley and Allie Vance.
Marlene was a 1970 graduate of Man High School. After graduation, she went to Hawaii and from there has lived in many places. She enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls. Marlene loved to play the piano, guitar, and sing. She was self taught and was very talented at both instruments that she played beautifully by ear.
Those left to cherish her memory are two sisters, Lois Vance White and her husband Carl of Beckley and Tammy Vance Bowens and her husband Robert of Combs Addition; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Her remains have been cremated and services will be held at a later date.
