Nancy Eileen Schram
of Accoville, WV
Nancy Eileen Schram, 70, of Accoville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 23, 2021, leaving from Select Specialty at St. Francis Hospital
She was born October 7, 1952, at Braeholm, the daughter of the late Hubert and Mary “Mitzi” (Nagy) Robinson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Richard Schram; one sister, Sara “Peppy” Robinson; and one brother, Rev. Earl L. Robinson.
Nancy was a 1970 graduate of Man High School. She worked as a receptionist at Man Appalachian Regional Hospital for many years. Nancy met the love of her life Keith while working at Man ARH. They married on April 14, 1979. Keith became disabled in 1994 and Nancy became his devoted caretaker until his death in 2005.
A longtime member of Man Church of God, Nancy was a devout Christian and was always active in the church. She was always willing to help anyone in need sending countless prayer cloths to U.S. soldiers in Iraq or helping in any way she could. Nancy’s passion was cooking and baking and she loved sharing her talent with those who wished to enjoy it. She also enjoyed cross stitch. Nancy loved her cats more than anything and they became her children after Matthew grew up. She will be deeply missed by her fur babies, Rocko, Tabby, Buster, Little, and Baby Cali.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Matthew Schram of South Man; two sisters, Janet Nord and her husband Robert of Oceana and Peggy Arthur of Okeechobee, FL; one brother, Michael Robinson and his wife Connie of Accoville; one sister-in-law, Debi Robinson of Accoville; her nephews, Brian Robinson, Jeremiah Robinson, Joey Robinson, and Joshua Nord, two nieces, Micah Herlong and Missy Robison; and many great-nieces and great-nephews along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held from 6-7 p.m. November 12, 2021, at the Man Church of God at Man with Rev. Bobby Maxwell officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 12, 2021, at the Man Church of God at Man.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home, 115 Market St., Man, WV 25635
In honor of Nancy’s wishes her remains have been cremated.
