Obituary of Jeanette Williams

Jeanette Williams of Mallory, WV Jeanette Williams, 77, of Mallory, was carried to Heaven in the arms of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, to join her family and her Heavenly Father for eternity. She was born on August 19, 1944, at Emmett, the daughter of the late Bass and Lena Mae Johnson. Also preceding her in death are her husband, Roger Williams; her daughter, Misty Dawn Williams; two sisters, Garnett and Evelyn; and two brothers, Arthur and Robert “Bob”, Sr. Jeanette was a homemaker and loved caring for everyone she could. She was a member of the old Big Spring Missionary Baptist Church where she sang in the choir praising God in song. Jeanette enjoyed reading her Bible, sewing, taking care of her roses, and telling everyone about Jesus and how much He loves them. She would testify that all they had to do is ask Him to forgive their sins and come into their heart. If I’m remembered in this life I pray that I lived my life so that others would want to know my Jesus. Survivors include one loving son, Greg Williams and his wife Debi and one loving grandson, Joseph “Joey” Williams, all of Mallory; one sister, Geri (Alfred) Garbosky of Charleston, one niece, Tammy Carpenter of Charleston; two nephews, Jeremiah (Amanda) Carpenter, Sr. and Josh Carpenter of Charleston; and special friends, Dr. D. J. Ganick of Massachusetts, Joanie Bowden of South Man, and Phillip, Lisa, and Tony whose help she was so thankful for. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 8, 2021 at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man. Burial will follow in Claypool Cemetery at Davin. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
