Please share a memory of Stephanie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Stephanie Diane Toler of Robinette, WV Stephanie Diane Toler, 46, of Robinette finally hugged her mommy on September 27, 2021, at 7:25 pm. She passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, after a sudden event. Her family was by her side holding her hand. She was born May 4, 1975, in Man, the daughter of Clarence and the late Teresa Toler. She lived most of her life in Logan County where she was very well known and loved. Those preceding her in death besides her mother are her grandparents, Ott and Ruby Toler, Chester Morgan, and Pearl Morgan; one niece, Codi Holt; A “special” aunt, Violet Jarrell, and several other dearly missed uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Stephanie was a 1993 graduate of Man High School and an All-State softball and basketball player and later became an LPN. She was always laughing, joking, and had a smile on her face. Stephanie wanted to be surrounded by family and friends all the time. She enjoyed helping others especially children, and her neighbors. As an organ donor, her last gift to us all was her wish to give life. Stephanie is survived by her two children, Tori Watts of Oceana, and Lakota Carter of Chapmanville; her father Clarence (Carrin) Toler of Man, five brothers: Dewayne, Randy, “Boo,” Jerry Rose, and her baby brother, Jennings “Todd” (Misty) Toler of Gilbert Creek; one sister, Malinda “Mindy” Toler of Pikeville, KY. Her nieces and nephews were as much her children as her own, they include: Tristan, Everson, Emilee Toler, her "Katiebug" Kaitlin (Jordan) Standifur, and her "Cookie Monster" Autumn Hatfield. She was Sissy Mamaw to her grandchildren, “J.T.” and Levi Standifur. Stephanie was engaged to Pete Frye of Man. She had three very special lifetime friends, Krystal Cooper, Cary Caldwell, and Amanda Gravley. A dinner for the family will be hosted by the Man Church of the Nazarene in the Fellowship Hall on Friday, October 1, 2021, at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held at Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home in Man, WV, Friday, October 1, 2021, from 6-9 p.m. The entire extended family would like to thank our community for the amazing support and assistance during this very unexpected and difficult time.
