I miss you Janie. I kept intending to call you. Opportunity is fleeting and I didn't take advantage. I just want you to know how much I loved you and what your friendship meant to me. We had some great times and many laughs together at Amherst. Remember Mom sending us breakfast down to the office and we would stink up the office cooking at lunch time. I will never forget you. You were cherished.

I used to come to Danny and Janies Pizza shop and talk to Janie quite often. My husband and I were just talking about them the other day. I have moved from WV and seldom get back down but when we do go back we always drive up Buffalo Creek and I always wondered if they still lived in the same house. I was with Janie many, many years ago and she got a phone call telling her that her nephew had been electrocuted. I tried to confort her. I am so shocked and sad to read she has died. I give my condolences to Danny and the rest of Janies family.

Danny, My heart breaks for your loss. Janie fought a valiant fight and she could not have had a better partner than you. Your love for each other is something that is not common in this world. It is an inspiration. You truly did everything that you could do. I cannot begin to imagine how difficult this is for you. You are in my prayers for strength and comfort that only God can bring. If there is ever anything that Tommy or I can do for you, please call. I will miss my friend, dearly. She has a special place in my heart and she will never be forgotten. Much love to you.

Dear sweet Janie,
You are gone but will never be forgotten. My heart breaks at the thought of never having another phone call to laugh and visit but I would never be selfish enough to want you back and suffering like you were. We will catch up when we meet again. I love you......Marianne

Janie, you have been such a close friend. We've shared so many laughs together, and I will truly miss them with you. We've crafted, shopped, and had visits with loved ones over the years. All of which won't be the same again without you. We'll be together again when God sees fit, but until then, rest in His arms.
Danny, you have been a pillar of strength for Janie. I know your heart is breaking, but the Lord can bind up your wounds. Let Him. He's the answer for us all. He'll be by your side to help you.
God bless you.

So very sorry to have received the message from mom. My childhood memories are so sweet of her - and how she loved Poochie. She fought so long and hard and, Danny, I can't imagine how tough it must have been on you. And although we try, there are no words that can take away the hurt. But know that you are surrounded by family and friends - near and far - and their prayers of support and love. With sympathy and love, Tish

So sorry Danny but so glad she found Jesus & she's not suffering anymore. I enjoyed working with her but we became closer when you all started coming to Claypool. Loved talking to her on the phone, she always encouraged me even though she was sick. She was a beautiful & kind hearted person, I will miss her.

Janie,I can still see that sweet, pretty face and hear that giggly laugh of yours. You were such an inspiration to everyone that knew you. You earned your wings and although I am glad you are no longer in pain, the world is a sadder place because you are no longer in it.
Danny, my heart is broken for you. You are, and will continue to be in my thoughts. I love you both.

Janie was one of my dearest friends. She was so nice and friendly to everyone she met. I loved her like a sister. My heart is broken and I will miss her dearly. This world will not be the same with her gone but Heaven will surely be sweeter because she is there.
Danny, if you need anything, don't hesitate to call me. My heart goes out to you. I know how much you loved her and she surely loved you. You are in my thougts and prayers, always!
