Frank C. Mullins
of Amherstdale, WV
Frank Cebert Mullins, 70, of Amherstdale, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, April 8, 2021, leaving from Cabell-Huntington Hospital, after an extended illness.
He was born on September 10, 1950, at Madison, the son of the late Cebert Frank and Inas (Kinser) Mullins.
Frank was a truck driver who retired from Aramark in IL. After retirement, his family returned to WV. Frank was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who served in 1968-1969 as a security guard.
He enjoyed being outside, 4-wheeling, and talking to everyone he met. When he was able, he attended the Man Chuch of God. Devoted to his family, he was a loving husband and a wonderful father and grandfather. Frank loved spending time with his family especially playing outside with his grandchildren.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Kathy Ann Mullins; one son, William Cebert Mullins and his girlfriend Teakias Brown, both of Amherstdale; two grandchildren, Taya Brown and Karli Shae Mullins, both at home; one brother, Rodney Eugene Mullins of Kistler; his step-sister, Frankie Waybright of OH; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man and one hour prior to services at the funeral home also.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 Noon Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home with Rev. Robert “Bobby” Maxwell officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Wyoming County Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
