Sandra Gail Belcher
Of Man, WV
Sandra Gail Belcher, 56, of Man, departed this life on Friday, July 25, 2020, at her residence, after a sudden apparent heart attack.
She was born on December 9, 1963, in Logan County, the daughter of the late Roosevelt, Sr. and Virginia (Haynes) Allen.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Belcher; one daughter, Ashley Nichol Belcher.
Sandra was a good person with a gigantic heart: if you were hungry she would feed you, if you were sad she would cheer you up. She loved to cook and bake. It always seemed like every kid in the community loved her for that. She enjoyed country music, the Mountaineers, and the Cleveland Browns.
Those left to cherish her memory are her grandson, Raymond Knox, Jr. of Accoville; her brothers and sisters, Roosevelt (Donnetta) Allen, Jr. of Logan, Ronnie (Karen) Allen of Cleveland, OH, Theresa (Doug) Workman of Accoville, Connie Parsons of Hensley Heights, Robert (Lila) Hawkins of North Ridgeville, OH, Rev. Walter (Marquetta) Hawkins of Gilman Bottom, Linda Osborne of Harrisville, Rev. Vernon (Donna) Hawkins of Kistler, and John (Margaret) Hawkins of Dayton, OH; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man where a funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. with Rev. Robbie Hawkins officiating.
Her remains will be cremated and she will be laid to rest beside her daughter at Forest Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
