Kenneth Michael Crawford
Of Amherstdale, WV
Kenneth Michael Crawford, 70, of Amherstdale, departed this life from a sudden illness on June 10, 2020, at CAMC-Memorial Division at Charleston.
He was born on June 30, 1949, at Amherstdale, the son of the late David and Dorothy Crawford.
Also preceding him in death was one brother, Danny Crawford.
Kenneth was a 1968 graduate of Man High School. After graduation, he attended United Electronics Institute where he obtained an associate degree in electronics. Kenneth joined the U.S. Air Force where he served as a ICBM Master Technician stationed in Great Falls, Montana. After receiving his honorable discharge from the Air Force he returned to Amherstdale. Kenneth retired from Delta Electric in Logan after about 40 years of employment.
Those left to cherish his memory are two brothers, Roger (Debbie) Crawford of Missouri and David (Darlene) Crawford of Man; four nieces, Heather (Chris) Nephew and their daughters, Hannah and Jackie and their great-granddaughter, Charlotte Stafford, Kristi (Seth) Webb and their daughters, Josephine and Sophia, Rebecca Plumley and their sons Logan and Connor, and Jessica Crawford; and one aunt, Beatrice Workman of Uneeda along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2020, at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill with Rev. Shane Dennison officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Pall bearers will be Randy Likens, Dave Crawford, Roger Crawford, Dennis Maynard, and James Goodwin.
Honorary pall bearers will be the employees of Delta Electric.
