of Lyburn, WV

    Darrell Keith Mullins, 61, of Lyburn, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, leaving from his home at Lyburn, after a long illness.

   He was born on February 27, 1958, in Logan County, a son of the late Arthur and Lenora “Jo” Caldwell Mullins.

   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Tom Caldwell.

   Keith was a diesel mechanic who worked at various surface mines from 1976 until he became sick in 2007.  He was a 1976 graduate of Man High School.  Keith was a Deacon at the Davies Branch Church.  He was well known in the community and was loved by many.

   Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 38 years, Kathy Mullins; one son, Justin Keith Mullins of Lyburn; one daughter, Elcie Kathleen Mullins of Lyburn; one granddaughter, Aubree Eliza Mullins; one sister, Judy Ryan of Lyburn; two brothers, David Caldwell of FL and “T” Tom Caldwell of Lincoln Co.; along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.

   In honor of Keith’s request his remains have been cremated.

   A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at the Davies Branch Gospel Tabernacle at Lyburn with Rev. Billy Addair officiating.
