In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Christian Kay Kilgore.
Arlene was a home maker and a mother to many. She was a Christian and attended Robinette Church of God. She enjoyed making candy and watching game shows.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Kenneth Kilgore of Davin; one daughter, Angel Dawn Kilgore of Davin and her boyfriend, Tyler Morgan; one brother, Roy David Vernatter of Robinette; three sisters, Becky (Mark) Schultz of Robinette, Pearl (John) Short of Mallory, and Lynn (Billy) Clay of Man; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Freda and Raymond Napier of Man; her nieces and nephews, Whitney and Mike Wright, David Vernatter, Dottie Ferrell, Samantha and Davy Collins, Natasha Copley, P.J. Ferrell, Zach Julianne Short, Andi and Tommy Compton, Lisa and Glen Garcia, Lewis and Barbara Napier, and Charlotte and Brian Mosley; all of whom she considered her grandchildren; and many great-nieces and great-nephews who were like great-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Mallory Church of God.
A Celebration of Arlene’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the Mallory Church of God with Rev. Shaun Walker officiating. Burial will follow in
