Sharon Ann Vance

Of Robinette, WV

   Sharon Vance, 68, of Robinette, went to her Heavenly home on Saturday, February 16, 2019, from Logan Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

   She was born on January 29, 1951, at Accoville, a daughter of the late Garland and Wanda (Hutchinson) Wilburn.

   In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde C. Vance Jr.; daughter, Crystal Dawn Vance; four sisters, Patricia Trogdon, Doris Smith, Lois Hutchinson, and Katherine Brewer; two brothers, Marion Hutchinson and Damon Hutchinson; and her grandparents who raised her, Marion and Lillie Hutchinson.

   Sharon had a smile that lit up a room.  She enjoyed singing and her fur baby CC who stayed right with her throughout her final days.  Although she is gone from our sight, she will always remain in our hearts.

   Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Mark (Christie) Vance and their children, Kyler and Alexis Vance of Oceana; one daughter, Sabrina Vance Bledsoe of SC; four sisters, Karen Burgess of Man, Margaret (Arbie) Adkins of Amherstdale; Gladys Hayes of FL, Glenna (Rex) Stout of IL, and Shelia (Rick) Jarrell and Donna Jean (Ted) Bailey, both of GA; two brothers, James (Fannie) Hutchinson and Donald Hutchinson, both of FL; caregivers with whom she shared her home, Ralph and Mishalla Miller; and a host of other family and friends.

   Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2019, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.

   Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Jeff Elkins officiating.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

   Pallbearers will be family and friends.
