Obituary of Tommy David Stowers

Tommy David Stowers Of Mallory, WV Tommy David "Booty" Stowers, 54, of Mallory, departed this life on Thursday, April 6, 2017, surrounded by his family at Cooks Addition, after a long illness. He was born on December 1, 1962, at Logan, the son of the late Jack Vernon Stowers, Sr. and Patsy Jean Adkins Stowers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his special nephew, Nicholas Scott Hunt and other special family members. Tommy David worked as a construction worker before becoming disabled. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Jack (Nancy) Stowers, Jr. of Mallory; sisters, Kathy (Ronnie) Hunt of Cooks Addition, and Robin (Chris) Kane of Bluefield; two daughters, Katlyn Brooke Stowers and Tommi Lauren Stowers; nieces, Rebecca Justice, Amber Williams, and Megan Jude; nephews, Brandon Hunt, Jonathan Jude, and Jack Stowers III. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 9, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home in Man with Timmy Mutters and Rev. Stephen Hunt officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services. At the request of Tommy David, his remains have been cremated. Tommy's family would like to thank all those who visited and prayed for their family during this time.
