Clayton E. “Junebug” Brumfield
Of Bruno, WV
Clayton Everett “Junebug” Brumfield Jr., 62, of Bruno, went home to be with the Lord, on Monday, November 23, 2020, after a long illness.
He was born December 19, 1957, at Man Hospital, a son of the late Clayton “Zeke” Brumfield and Betty Lura Goodman Brumfield.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving daughter, Tishie Michell Brumfield Trent; three brothers, Howard Lee Brumfield, Craig Brumfield, and Joe Randolph Brumfield.
Clayton was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two children, Clayton “Clay” William Brumfield and his wife Kelsie of Zephyrhills, Florida and Hazel Brumfield McCoy and her fiancé GC Conley of Chapmanville; one brother, William Brumfield and his wife Geri of Sterling Heights, MI; two sisters, Lila Brumfield of Lorain OH and Tishie Miller and her husband Larry Dene of Kopperston; one sister-in-law, Anna Brumfield of Howell, MI; a very special niece, his brown eyed baby, Devonna Miller West of Kopperston; 7 grandchildren, Britt Chantz Trent, Conner Trent, Madison McCoy, Brayden McCoy, Laynie, Allie and Stormee Brumfield, all of whom were cherished and close to his heart; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2020, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Bill Cantrell officiating. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home also.
Pallbearers will be Clay Brumfield, Britt Chantz Trent, Conner Trent, Austin Brooks, Chris Justice, Thomas Holt, Cody Cresong, Joe Brumfield, and GC Conley.
