Obituary of Brenda Darlene Sugg

Brenda Darlene Sugg Of Davin, WV Brenda Darlene Sugg, 70, of Davin, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 7, 2020, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center, after an extended illness. She was born on September 4, 1950, at Man, the daughter of the late Troy and Juanita Brown Vance. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Blaine Garrett Sugg, Sr.; and her brother, Roger Lee Vance. Brenda was a 1969 graduate of Man High School. After graduation, Brenda married the love of her life Blaine Garrett Sugg, Sr. and they settled in Davin to raise their family. Brenda’s greatest loves were God and her family. Although a great person, beautiful both inside and out, Brenda re-dedicated her life to the Lord on September 19, 2020. She was the most loving mother, grandmother, and companion. Her family was her life here on earth. Whenever she saw her children or grandchildren her smile would light up the room. She always told them that no matter how old they became they would always be her babies. Those left to cherish her memory are her life partner of 33 years, Gideon Vance of Davin; two children, Blaine Garrett Sugg, Jr. and his wife Christine of Amherstdale and Annette Ellis and her husband Christopher of Hensley Heights; two grandchildren, Brandon Garrett Ellis and his wife Courtney of Madison, OH and Jacob William Garrett Sugg of Amherstdale; and her canine fur baby, Bella along with a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020, at Highland Memory Gardens at Godby with Rev. Johnny Hatfield officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
