Burley C. “Romeo” Berry
Of Man, WV
Burley C. “Romeo” Berry, 84, of Man, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 7, 2020, after a short battle with cancer.
He was born on November 17, 1935, in Greenbrier County, the son of the late Clarence L. and Mary C. Tencher Berry.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Alice Fay Ferrell; and one brother, Paul B. Berry.
Romeo enjoyed family and church gatherings after retiring from over 20 years of working at Man Armature Works.
He leaves behind a son and daughter-in-law, Brian K. and Donna L. Berry of PA; two grandsons, Matthew John and Ryan Joseph Berry also of PA; two brothers, Silas and Ray Berry; two sisters, Barbara Hall of Man and Belinda Brickles and her husband Virgil; best friend in life and long time companion, Shirley Blankenship of Amherstdale; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2020, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Bobby Maxwell officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home also.
